CELEBRATE THIS EVENT, where it all started – EXACTLY FOUR DECADES to the DAY that Paul first performed live – and was invited into his very first band NEON HEART days after, where the gates opened into a whole new world making 1983 one of the most-life-changing years anyone could possibly experience.
