Event Planning

Whatever your event requirements, The Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre's personal service and commitment will provide a range of options to fulfill your needs and exceed your expectations.

  • Assistance and advice on any development needed to enhance the event and establish the objectives
  • Implementation and management of the design, production, logistics, administration and day-to-day management of the event
  • Specialized support to clients across the events spectrum and we also specialize in taking an event from conception through to completion. We take total responsibility for delivering the agreed objectives.

Facilities

Conference Centre: The conference centre can accommodate up to 250 persons in the theatre and classroom. The conference centre can also be divided into two separate rooms.

  • Room A: Fixed seating – 196 theatre style.
  • Room B: Up to 150 conference style.
  • Atrium: Up to 80conference style

Classrooms: The standard classroom can accommodate up to 28 seats in a classroom style. The classroom is equipped with a whiteboard, a telephone and internet access.  Portable projector and laptop available upon request.

Catering

Food and beverage services are available for all events at the Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre. Menus can be tailored to meet your ideas, tastes and budget. We try to cover every event's catering needs, so you won't have any problems selecting the right menu for your event.  All Food and Beverage service goes through The Centre's Event Services Coordinator.

Theatre

A 500 Seat Theater is equipped with telephone, internet access, sound system, as well as teleconferencing and video/satellite downlinks. It also includes state of the art presentation equipment including Fixed and Portable projectors, wireless connections, two large screens, and sound equipment connections to meet a variety of needs and lighting to suit the meeting type.
