Auditorium/Conference Centre
The Auditorium/Conference Center can accommodate up to 500 persons with theatre style seating. This multi-functional area can be configured to suit a variety of conference layouts. The dividing wall offers you the choice of 200 fixed seats plus a floor surface for exhibits, workshops, or break out areas. Divide the room into two separate units for separate events. Fully equipped with audio and lighting equipment which can be utilized for the entire room or independently by room division. Our control room allows for video and audio recordings, simultaneous translation and coordination of various technologies. Auditorium showcases the latest in lighting, sound and multimedia equipment including video conferencing, LCD projector and a 10′ x 12′ drop down screen. Acoustically engineered to provide optimum sound. The Atrium is great for pre & post functions. The glass enclosure and use of wood beams and posts makes this an attractive room for any event.
Classrooms
The Centre has 2 standard classrooms which can accommodate up to 30 in a classroom style setting. Each room is equipped with Internet Access, white boards, and comfortable seating. Audio/Video equipment is available. Interactive classrooms can accommodate up to 12 and provide the state of the art technology to deliver education.
Computer Labs
We have a computer lab which can accommodate up to 20 students. Using networked computers with Windows XP operating system, the computers are pre-loaded with the most requested software programs. If you require specialized software, we can arrange to have it installed for your training sessions.
Food and Beverage Service
The Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre offers Food & Beverage Catering for any type or size of event. Working with local caterers we offer a wide menu selection for any type of event. Whether it’s for 5 or 500 people we can provide catering services from cocktails to canapés to full course meals. Customized menu requests are also available. Your choice of Bar service, Host bar, or Cash bar.
Video Conferencing
We have two Video Conferencing rooms available for your video conferencing use. Reasonable rates and state of the art equipment make us your ideal video conferencing centre.
